Restorative Practitioner

You will take responsibility for the effective delivery of Community Reparation and Unpaid Work hours provided by Remedi for the Youth Justice Service. This will include working with young people both one to one and on a group basis. Community reparation and unpaid work are a vital component to contributing towards the youth justice services aim of reducing re-offending. The RJ practitioner will be responsible for the effective supervision of young people required to undertake reparation and unpaid work activities as referred by the Youth Justice Service.

The Remedi team in Manchester is looking for TWO part-time Restorative Practitioners to facilitate one to one and group based programmes with young people. Their new team members will spend most of their time in Manchester Youth Justice venues and in community venues around the city centre. They are looking for someone who is able to work creatively to engage and support young people through the intensive part of their community order.

Triage Caseworker

Remedi are recruiting a Victim Triage Case Worker, to provide a range of support for people affected by crime in Derbyshire. This will include emotional and practical support. The role is funded by the Derbyshire Police and Crime Commissioner. You will work 35 hours per week and will primarily cover the Triage aspect of our work and carry a manageable case load.
