The role will involve providing restorative mentoring services for children and young people aged 10-17 referred via various agencies, who have displayed violent behavioiur. To support this work Remedi are recruiting two part-time administrators.

They are looking for people who are passionate about helping people and want to work in a job where they can make a tangible difference to someone's life.

Restorative Mentor (Youth) - Manchester

Remedi are recruiting Restorative Mentors to work in the Greater Manchester region. The role will involve providing restorative mentoring services for children and young people aged 10-17 referred via various agencies, who have displayed violent behavioiur. The role will be 35 hours per week over 5 days (including evening and weekend work as required by the young people we are supporting) The project will be available across Greater Manchester and whilst every effort will be made to focus the location of work applicants should be prepared to work anywhere in the region.

Victim Triage Caseworker - Derbyshire

Remedi are recruiting a Victim Triage Case Worker, to provide a range of support for people affected by crime in Derbyshire. This will include emotional and practical support. The role is funded by the Derbyshire Police and Crime Commissioner. You will work 35 hours per week and will primarily cover the Triage aspect of our work and  in addition carry a manageable case load.

Their new team member will work as part a team of practitioners who work with young people aged 10-18 who are working with the Youth Justice Service. Practitioners contact all victims of youth crime in the County and offer them involvement in restorative justice.
