The All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for Restorative Justice have published the report of their inaugural Inquiry which took place over the summer 2021. The Inquiry, titled ‘Restorative Practices in 2021/22’ sought to assess where the sector is at the moment, and what steps could be taken to improve and coordinate the various services to improve outcomes for victims and offenders. The Inquiry marked the first major piece of work for the APPG, which was only constituted in April 2021.
As a Restorative Practice Practitioner at HMP Aylesbury, you will work with a small caseload of prisoners embedding restorative practice into relationships.
Applicants are invited for the role of Restorative Justice Senior Practitioner based within the Victims First Northumbria team.
In this role you would have the opportunity to shape and develop the restorative justice practice within the Victims First team as well as leading on, and delivering, serious and complex restorative justice interventions.

Calm Mediation are seeking an experienced Restorative Justice Practitioner to coordinate the pan-London RJ Service. The RJ Coordinator will be the first point of contact for all referrals into the service and will manage a busy and varied case load. The Coordinator will be responsible for progressing referrals including risk assessments, liaison with referrers, police, probation, and prisons and overseeing and supporting a team of volunteer practitioners who facilitate the casework.
