In light of recent changes to data protection legislation, Westminster Youth Offending Service has developed a new victim referral contact form. The form enables relevant victim data about consent and risk to be passed from the police to the youth offending service’s restorative justice team, without breaching data protection set out under the GDPR. The team use the information on the form when contacting victims to offer restorative justice. The form is available on the RJC’s website. Thank you to Westminster Youth Offending Service for making it available to share with other services.
