We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and experienced trainer to join our team, helping to develop the way we work with the community and each other. It will be an exciting and challenging role with plenty of opportunity to contribute and participate in the development of a key delivery for Torbay. Having won Most Improved Council of the Year, at the local Government Chronicle Awards in 2023, our next step is to become a Relational Council, putting people, customers and partners at the heart of all that we do.
