Job opportunity: Service manager at Lambeth Mediation Service

Lambeth Mediation Service (LMS) is looking for a service manager to take their charity forward. 

LMS is a community voluntary organisation with a respected reputation. They’ve been helping to resolve conflict for 25 years and work with a team of over 60 highly trained and experienced volunteers drawn from, and reflecting the diverse local community in Lambeth.

They’re looking for a service manager to take the charity forward. Working closely with the board, you will oversee the delivery of services to the highest possible quality. LMS' ongoing major projects are in community mediation and restorative justice, and they’re looking to expand these and further develop their work with schools, in workplace mediation and in providing training.

Your role will involve working with LMS' partners and managing staff, volunteers and the charity’s finances. If you’re an experienced manager with a passion for mediation and restorative justice, LMS would love to hear from you.
