Job opportunity: Restorative Trainer and Advocate
CRJI is a government accredited community based restorative justice project, working under the guidelines of an agreed protocol. As a grassroots organisation they advocate for restorative justice responses as a mechanism for peacebuilding and conflict transformation.

All their work is underpinned by high standards of practice deriving from extensive research and evaluation, and has enabled them to help individuals to address harm, support reparation and community reintegration, assist in the development of meaningful relationships between the wider community and the criminal justice system to aid transformational change.
CRJI is seeking to recruit a restorative trainer and advocate to join the team.
The trainer will develop, facilitate and oversee all restorative training for internal staff, volunteers and external partner agencies. They will be responsible for developing training materials and resources and support the running of the organisation's social media channels and provide PR oversight.

£30,000 plus 3% pension contribution
