National Practice Manager & Corporate Services Manager

Restorative Solutions have two opportunities to work with our Directors to develop and deliver our services and business nationally.
They are looking for individuals with exceptional organisational skills, excellent computer literacy (MS Office applications), strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), who are self-motivated and able to work under their own autonomy or as part of a team. Both roles are home based; the Practice Manager will be required to travel nationally.
Practice Manager
- To support the Director of Practice Delivery with training coordination & delivery, case supervision, and professional qualifications internal and external to the organisation
- Experienced Restorative Practitioner (essential); experienced trainer (desirable)
- 21 hours/week; salary £18,000/annum (FTE £30,000) depending on experience
Corporate Services Manager
- To support the Director of Corporate Services with HR, ICT, marketing & communications, and business development
- 14 hours/week; salary £12,000/annum (FTE £30,000) depending on experience
