To prepare for HRH's November 2020 Programme of events, which covers engagements between 1 February and 31 August 2021, we are now accepting Bids from our members.

If you would like the RJC to request a visit on your behalf you must completed and submit the following information no later than Thursday 24th September 2020. 

Regrettably it will not be possible to include late bids.

This box should be short and succinct, such as 'Open xx', 'Visit xx', 'Attend Seminar on (subject)' etc.
If a postcode is not yet allocated, e.g. the venue is a building currently under construction, please provide a postcode of a nearby location. An approximate postcode is essential for the bid to be inserted into the Bid Database.

Please provide a succinct paragraph of 5 of 6 sentences highlighting the exact nature of the visit. There is no requirement to send through supporting factsheets at this stage. Further paperwork will be requested in due course if the bid is successful. If the bid is for a Conference, it is always helpful to include a draft Conference agenda. Please also indicate if the bid is dependent on completion of building work.

Please give early consideration as to what you may wish HRH to do during the visit, as this will help with the planning. This include, for example, unveil plaque / sign Visitors' Book / present awards / receive gift etc.
Please provide a broad range of dates if possible to maximise the chances of the bid being successful. If the visit is to a school or college, please provide school term dates. Please see dates to avoid below
