Description
Steve is a highly experienced restorative practitioner with over 30 years of supporting children, young people, and families, and more than 20 years specialising in restorative practice. His background spans youth justice, family work, domestic abuse, community practice, listening and learning circles, work-based conflict, and service development.
He has played a leading role in embedding restorative justice approaches across Hampshire, Surrey, Cheshire West, and Wigan, always working to ensure that services are shaped by the voices of victims, children, and young people. Grounded in empathy, empowerment, and trauma-informed practice, Steve is committed to creating positive change through healing, accountability, and meaningful relationship-based work.
