I have been delivering restorative justice since 2008 within a youth offending team and was responsible for the implementation of restorative practices in schools throughout Southampton in 2015 to support the ambition of becoming a restorative city. I have trained a range of professionals within education, youth justice and the local authority in restorative practices and to deliver restorative conferences.
