Description
Jodie was lead for restorative justice at the Dorset Combined Youth Justice Service since 2012. Her role involved facilitating indirect and direct restorative justice processes, including sensitive and complex cases. She supervised restorative justice workers, the community resource officer and community resource workers. She helped represent restorative justice practices to other agencies. She facilitated victim forums and restorative justice practitioner groups within Dorset Combined YJS to ensure victims are kept high on the agenda and restorative processes are delivered effectively. Jodie has now moved to the adolescence fostering team in BCP Council where she will be engaging foster carers in restorative practices.
