Julia has 25 years of diverse restorative justice and wider restorative practices across several sectors. These include within education, businesses, criminal and community justice, including in prisons, family group work and housing. As a CEO and chartered manager she is able to happily work with leadership teams and HR systems around whole system approaches and restorative culture development.
