Description

Rebecca is a qualified and registered Advanced Restorative Practitioner and trainer with over 15 years’ experience delivering and leading restorative practice across a range of settings, including criminal justice and children’s services.

She began her career specialising in criminal justice, where she worked as a lead restorative trainer and coordinator, supporting the development and delivery of restorative practice across a range of settings.

Rebecca is currently the Relational Practice Lead for Torbay Children’s Services. In this role, she leads system-wide development, embedding restorative and trauma-informed approaches to improve outcomes for children, young people and families. Her work focuses on strengthening relationships, championing co-production, and ensuring that the voices of children in care meaningfully shape service design and delivery.

She brings extensive frontline experience and has facilitated a wide range of restorative processes, including complex and sensitive conferences. Rebecca has worked with both children and adults and is committed to high-quality, relational and strengths-based practice.
