Description
Restorative Justice Practitioner working within a Prison setting. Restorative Justice is used in this setting in response to conflict and violence occurring within the Prison. This can take place between prisoners and between staff and prisoners. One to one work is also completed with repeat harmers reflecting on conflict resolution tools and encouraging pro-social ways of managing conflict.
