Miss Michelle Alexander
I started working within the field of restorative justice in March 2015 working with victims of crime to explore the opportunity to communicate with the person who harmed them. I completed serious and complex case training and progressed to working within a prison environment, managing a project offering offender-initiated restorative justice. I have recently completed my Level 5 Certificate in Restorative Approaches which complemented my practical portfolio and case experience. I have now moved to the Youth Justice Service as a Restorative Justice Officer to work with victims to ensure their voice is heard within youth justice proceedings and interventions.
