The Justice Select Committee has decided to hold an inquiry into restorative justice. The Committee welcomes views on any aspects of the current and potential use of restorative justice in the criminal justice system.

The Restorative Justice Council is submitting a response to the Committee on behalf of the restorative justice field by 31 January and would like to ensure our submission reflects the views of our members. Please submit your thoughts on the questions below by 18 January by sending them to rosieo@restorativejustice.org.uk

We would also encourage our members to submit individual responses to the inquiry.
