The Restorative Justice Council (RJC) is looking for members to facilitate Continuing Professional Development (CPD) workshops. We are running ten workshops in 2015-16 and RJC members are invited to submit an expression of interest form to facilitate one of these workshops.

Based on the results of a survey we ran in April, the topics that will be covered this year are:

  1. Communicating with participants who have been harmed.
  2. Communicating with participants who have harmed.
  3. Restorative practice and serious crime (eg hate crime, gang violence).
  4. Effective case supervision and supporting those working in restorative practice.
  5. Working as a volunteer in restorative practice.
  6. Family group conferencing.
  7. Restorative practice in the education sector.

If you are interested in facilitating a workshop on one of these topics please download and complete the expression of interest form below and return it to rosie@restorativejustice.org.uk along with a copy of your CV. Alternatively, you can post your application to the Restorative Justice Council, Beacon House, 113 Kingsway, London WC2B 6PP.

Completed expressions of interest must be received by Friday 31 July 2015.

Please note: workshop locations and dates will be agreed with successful facilitators. You may need to travel in order to take part. Facilitation fees will be £250 (including VAT) per workshop session excluding travel. Each workshop will be either a morning or afternoon session and will be no more than three hours long.
