About the post
As a Conflict Resolution Practitioner (single party working), you will work in neighbourhoods/communities supporting individual people experiencing conflict. This may be in their homes, virtually or in other venues. You will explore their needs with them and enable them to have realistic expectations, whilst remaining impartial, signposting as and when necessary. All our practitioners work in pairs.
For those that are interested there will be the opportunity to train in joint party working (mediation) the following year.
