Effective management and delivery of sports coaching, multi-sport activities and reform activities inside and outside of secure establishments.

About the post

Main responsibilities and duties:
Managing delivery inside the secure establishment in line with policy and regime procedures.
Support the responsibility of individual sentence plans.
Assisting the provision of ROTL (Released On Temporary Licence) and resettlement opportunities.
Encouraging cohorts of young people and adults to make appropriate decisions about further participation in sport, education, and their futures.
Supporting the needs of individuals and groups to create bespoke care services
Offer a supportive collaboration with other partners including Oasis Restore, NHS, Novus, Resettlement and YOT workers to support the sentence plan and resettlement of individuals.
Provide high quality practical activities and education to support Oasis Restore, Novus and HMP staff on an as needed basis.
Provide 1:1 needs and reintegration service of boys and self-separation or Rule 49.
Support the work with other partners to help monitor the impact of delivery and healthy lifestyles.
Maintain and support the monitoring and evaluation for KPIs including NOMIS.
Report to the Head of Restorative Practice on delivery, performance and project developments.
Support sentence plan, formulation and education to support individuals case loads.
Demonstrate constant high standards of behaviour and role modelling of company values.
Working with the Head of Restorative Practice with timely reporting, in line with HMP requirements for safeguarding, safety and security.
Support the recording and supply regular inventory checks, equipment stock and purchases to security managers.
Opportunities to support other projects in the community and in adult/child secure establishments and schools.
Develop enrichment and PSHE activities including residentials, half term activities and sports delivery during school holidays and seasonal periods.

Health and Safety:
To work according to Health and Safety regulations being aware of your own safety and the safety of others.

Departmental Communication:
Attend meetings, briefings as appropriate and liaise with other staff.

General:
To undertake any other duties that may be necessary from time to time as may be reasonably requested by your line manager.
To work according to the Company policies and procedures.
