Restorative Approaches Practitioner

We are seeking to grow our restorative practices (RP) team at the Royal Borough of Greenwich with an exciting opportunity for a trained facilitator.
We are looking for Restorative Approaches Practitioners to support the delivery of our high-quality services, which includes delivering RP training to professionals from a variety of contexts, facilitating restorative processes via our Conflict Clinic project and working with children and young people in schools through our peer mediation programme.
About the post
Joining our team at an exciting time, the RA Practitioners will have an important role to play supporting the Restorative Approaches (RA) Service Manager to deliver our high quality restorative services. This highly flexible role could include delivering RP training, facilitating restorative processes or supporting specific projects such as developing our feedback, monitoring and impact systems, as our restorative service evolves. As the hours are dependent on the specific project, this role is ideal for those who are currently working part-time or on a freelance basis.
What we’ll expect from you
*A trained Restorative facilitator, with demonstrable knowledge of restorative values and relevant national best practice standards.
*Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with individuals from a range of settings
*Experience of both facilitating restorative processes in any setting and also delivering restorative practices training to a variety of audiences.

Casual contract with flexibility in hours worked (paid on an hourly basis).
This role will accrue holiday/ leave entitlement.
Venues within the borough of Greenwich and some home working
Flexible (project dependent)
£34, 341 (hourly rate of £18.82)
