Restorative Justice Case Worker

About the post
We are looking to recruit a highly skilled, and confident case manager with enthusiasm and energy to join our hardworking team. The successful post holder will be a trained and experienced Restorative Justice practitioner, have excellent interpersonal skills, have understanding of the criminal justice system, and a strong commitment to promoting restorative approaches. Additional experience of complex and sensitive cases as well as experience of supervising others will be a benefit in this role as well as high levels of administrative, IT, organisational and inter-personal skills.
The successful post holder will be able to work as part of a team and also on their own initiative, have excellent listening skills, managing cases, liaising with criminal justice and partner agencies and other key stakeholders, and managing high levels of emotion whilst remaining calm, focussed and non-judgmental.
Excellent time management, risk management experience and working under pressure and to deadlines is an essential part of this role whilst being able to reflect the professionalism of our service to our clients, partners and referrers.

£24,294 - £25,545
or £26,421 - £27,803 if applicant has additional experience
