Restorative Justice Programmes Coordinator and Referrals Support Assistant
Restorative Solutions would welcome applications for a Full Time position covering both roles or applications for Part Time positions for the role or Programmes Coordinator or Referrals Support Assistant individually.
The Programmes Coordinator role will involve coordinating, supervising and monitoring our volunteer practitioners in their delivery of restorative based programmes delivered by the RJ Service such as Letter of Apology processes and Violent Crime Awareness Courses as well as an element of directly facilitating these courses.
They are looking for a Referrals Support Assistant to support the team by receiving and extracting referrals from police systems and other referral routes, undertake initial contact with individuals identified and to co-ordinate the allocation of cases to staff and external partners. The role will also provide oversight of all restorative referrals on our local case management system and assist in providing performance reports and analysis as required.
Training, supervision and professional development opportunities will be provided for all roles. Applicants must be able to attend initial training on 17th, 18th and 19th April 2023.

Salary | Starting salary £14,100/annum £23,500 FTE) increasing to £15,000/annum (£25,000 FTE) following a successful 6 month probationary period.

Hours | 15 hours per week
Salary | Starting salary £9,400/annum (£23,500 FTE) increasing to £10,000/annum (£25,000 FTE) following a successful 6 month probationary period.
