RESTORATIVE JUSTICE CONFERENCE CO-ORDINATOR
The Kent Restorative Justice Service is a highly successful provision delivered by jointly Salus and Restorative Solutions, two of the UK’s leading providers of restorative services.
They are currently looking for an experienced individual to ensure the smooth delivery of restorative interventions including conferences alongside the rest of the Restorative Justice team, contributing to the smooth running of the service, and taking a proactive role in relation to day-to-day functioning of the department.
The Conference Co-ordinator will be an experienced and multi-skilled facilitator in Restorative Justice conferencing. As a key contact for referrals, they will be responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of conferences alongside our team of dedicated volunteers.
Previous experience in restorative justice, social work, probation, youth offending, or education and welfare is essential as is a proficiency in Microsoft Office.
The successful candidate will need to be able to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
This role is fixed until 30th September 2023. Extension subject to continued funding.
Any appointment will be made subject to a satisfactory enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and Police vetting.
