Restorative Justice Facilitator
As a Restorative Justice Facilitator you will work with victims and perpetrators of crime to support them in addressing the harm caused and finding a positive way forward. This could be through a face to face meeting between the parties or through shuttle mediation. The role includes generating referrals by raising awareness of Restorative Justice, risk assessing cases, fully preparing both parties before any intervention takes place, and facilitating communication between the parties. As part of the role you will liaise with a range of partners including the Police, Prisons, PCCs and Victim Support.
