Thank you for applying to transfer your Accredited Practitioner status to become a Registered Practitioner at Intermediate level.
As an Accredited Practitioner, we will have already assessed your practice against the the core restorative practice NOS covering assessment, preparation, facilitation and evaluation. Our Practitioner Registration Framework continues to assess these areas however, now includes additional criteria which will require us to undertake additional assessment of your practice.
The transfer process will require you to provide us with the following documentation:
- A case study for a direct restorative case you have led over the past 12 months
- A CPD record for the past 12 months
- A signed Practitioner Code of Practice
The fee for completing your transfer will be £36
Important Information
If your application for Registration is approved, your Accredited Practitioner membership will be upgraded to Registered Membership status. The annual cost for maintaining your Registered Practitioner Membership, after your first year, will be £216. This is inclusive of all membership fees and your annual renewal assessment.
