An exciting position is available for an enthusiastic, dynamic Trainer Practitioner to join a small, friendly team based in the centre of Cardiff. You will be an experienced trainer (or teacher), with restorative skills and experience. The role is diverse and will involve delivering Restorative Approaches training to our clients, whilst also including an element of practice work. Experience in both of these areas will be an advantage. We would particularly welcome applications from candidates with experience in the education, housing, community, and criminal justice sectors.
You will be customer-focused and person centred. Therefore, we are seeking a candidate who is confident to meet and engage with new people and diverse communities. You will work closely with all members of the team in different aspects of the role. the business as we grow.
The role includes face to face work with colleagues in our office and with clients, as well as online delivery and hybrid working. We deliver our services locally, nationally, and internationally therefore some travel will be involved, with fair TOIL systems.
