RJC interim chief executive appointed

node leader
2 August 2017

On behalf of trustees I would like to thank Jon Collins for his excellent work as chief executive of the RJC since May 2014. During the past three years he has helped to establish the RJC’s key role in ensuring quality restorative service delivery. Jon took up his new post as chief executive of the Magistrates Association at the beginning of August and we wish him every success with his future career.

While we seek a permanent replacement for Jon, we are extremely fortunate that Chris Straker has agreed to act as interim chief executive. Chris, a former head teacher, will be well known to many of our members as a respected trainer, assessor and consultant in the restorative practice field. He will be in the office from Monday 7 August and can be contacted from that date at chris.straker@restorativejustice.org.uk.
