RJC AGM and conference 2019: Call for proposals
Call for proposals
England and Wales has a long history with restorative justice and so this year, we are focusing on restorative justice theory and practice that is at the forefront of the field. We are particularly interested in the application of RJ to forensic mental health institutions, corporate settings, serious and complex offences and disciplinary and complaints procedures. If you have experience in any of these areas, consider sharing your work with attendees at the conference.
Participants can contribute to the programme of speakers by submitting an abstract of no more than 150 words to firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure the subject line reads ‘2019 Conference Abstract’.
Sessions will run in 90 minute slots and include 3 presentations. Presentations should be no longer than 20 minutes to ensure there is enough time for Q&A with the audience. The deadline for the call for proposals is 31 August. These sessions will be included in the final programme of the event together with the name and contact details of the presenter(s).
All submitted proposals will be reviewed by our events committee. Applicants will be informed about the acceptance of their proposal by mid-September. Please note that all presenters must be registered and have paid for the conference and all abstracts must be submitted in English.
