Restorative Youth Worker (Hate Crime)

The role of a Hate Crime Restorative Youth Worker involves delivering intensive one to one support packages to young people and adults. You will also be expected to deliver group based programmes addressing hate crime with young people and adults in a youth offending setting, Probation as well as in schools. There will also be an expectation that you will make connections with voluntary sector organisations across South Yorkshire to ensure that the service reaches as many people as possible. You will also be working alongside South Yorkshire Police in order to deliver awareness raising sessions to officers who will then be able to refer young people and adults to both the one to one and group sessions.
You must have a full driving license and access to your own vehicle.
