You will take responsibility for the effective delivery of community reparation sessions and restorative action projects (RAPs) provided by Remedi for Derby City youth justice service. This will include working with young people both one to one and on a group basis. This will also involve some ‘remote’ work, engaging young over telephone/video conferencing to undertake work. Community reparation is a vital component to contributing towards the youth justice service interventions to reducing re-offending. The Restorative practitioner will be responsible for creating and running projects with young people that are required to undertake reparation sessions.
