Restorative Practitioner - Nottinghamshire

The Remedi team in Nottinghamshire is looking for a Restorative Practitioner to work within the Youth Justice Services in Nottinghamshire county. Their new team member will work as part a team of practitioners who work with young people aged 10-18 who are working with the Youth Justice Service. Practitioners contact all victims of youth crime in the County and offer them involvement in restorative justice. Remedi are looking for someone who can work creatively to engage and motivate young people, someone able to run creative groups sessions, deliver Remedi programmes, and facilitate restorative communication between those impacted by crime and the young people we are working with in the Youth Justice service. Their practitioners will be required to assist with community reparation. This role may also require involvement in community conflict cases and serious and complex cases outside of the Youth justice Service. In addition to the above, the successful practitioner will be based one day a week in a Nottingham school, facilitating restorative relationship work with students and staff.
