Restorative Mentors - Pathways

Pathways is an exciting new project with the goal of reducing reoffending in Cumbria. A person going through the Pathways project can expect support, structure and to be held accountable for their actions. In partnership with the Cumbria Police and the Police and Crime Commissioner, Remedi are recruiting a team of practitioners that can provide that support to offenders.

Remedi are looking for people who are passionate about helping people and want to work in a job where they can make a tangible difference to someone's life.

Some evening and weekends may be required dependent on the need of the service user.

DBS and Police Vetting Checks will also be required before posts are confirmed.

Position | Restorative Mentors - Pathways

Location | Various locations across Cumbria and remote working

Hours | 35 or 20 hours per week

Salary | £21,091 per annum (Part time £12,052 pa pro rata) plus 6% Employer pension contribution
