We have an opportunity for either one full time role (37.5 hours/week) or two part time roles (each 18.75 hours/week) to work with us to develop and deliver our Restorative Justice (RJ) Service across Hampshire & the Isle of Wight.
We are looking for organised and enthusiastic individuals with experience of work in restorative practices and/or in multi-agency partnerships across the criminal justice sector and/or of working with volunteers.
Training, supervision and professional development opportunities will be provided for all roles.
Programmes Coordinator
18.75 hours/week (specific days/hours to be agreed but usually including Wednesdays)
Home based in Hampshire (with travel throughout the area); start date ASAP
Working with victims and offenders, the role includes management of your own case load as well as coordinating, supervising and monitoring our volunteer practitioners in the delivery of restorative processes or programmes.
Referrals and Data Coordinator
Job share with an existing staff member
18.75 hours/week (Monday, Friday and half a day on Wednesdays or Thursday as required each week)
Fareham Police Station with some travel around Hampshire; start date ASAP
Receive referrals and co-ordinate the allocation of cases.
Speaking with those harmed by crime and conflict.
Use of case management system and Excel to produce performance reports.

Starting salary £13,250/annum (£26,500 FTE) rising to £14,280 (£28,560 FTE) following 6 month probation period
