Restorative Justice Senior Practitioner
Applicants are invited for the role of Restorative Justice Senior Practitioner based within the Victims First Northumbria team.
In this role you would have the opportunity to shape and develop the restorative justice practice within the Victims First team as well as leading on, and delivering, serious and complex restorative justice interventions.

What will I be doing?
- You will be leading on Restorative Justice Interventions, in particular, for serious and complex crimes, facilitating both indirect and direct interventions.
- You will work closely with the wider team providing advice, guidance, quality assurance and case supervision with their restorative caseload.
- You will also provide statistical information and reports to management team where required, monitoring cases and gathering feedback from interventions.
