An exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Restorative Justice practitioner and trainer keen to develop and enhance Restorative Justice practice nationally.

About the post

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Restorative Justice practitioner and trainer keen to develop and enhance Restorative Justice practice nationally. You will need experience of successfully handling a range of cases/conflicts, including complex and sensitive ones, and facilitating restorative circles. You will be experienced in and sensitive to the challenges of delivering Restorative Justice equitably and inclusively. You will have delivered training to groups of 12 or more, and have the ability to communicate the transformative power of Restorative Justice.

You will be excited about applying your passion, knowledge and skill to develop practice and support RJ delivery in Why me?’s projects. This includes our Interfaith project exploring the use of RJ in addressing hostility towards and between faith groups in Solihull and Glasgow and our education project introducing Restorative and Relational Practice into a Pupil Referral Unit.

Location 

Hybrid working with Hybrid working with flexibility to travel to London, Solihull and Glasgow.
