Restorative Justice Lead Practitioner - North Yorkshire

Restorative Solutions are looking for an experienced Restorative Justice lead practitioner, with a track record of work in restorative practices. In addition, they are looking for experience of implementing multi-agency partnerships across the criminal justice sector, and of working with volunteers and the voluntary sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Victim Offender Conferencing and other forms of Restorative Justice (RJ) for RJ referrals across North Yorkshire
- To recruit and train, supervise and monitor volunteer RJ practitioners
- To assess whether and when volunteers practitioners are ready to work and support practice development, e.g coaching and working on a case together
- Ensure that all relevant agencies working with RJ participants are involved and advised in regard to RJ activity as appropriate
- To work collaboratively with a wide range of agencies including North Yorkshire Police, National Probation Service (NPS), CPS, Courts, Prisons, and other Voluntary Sector agencies in the delivery of RJ across North Yorkshire
