Redeeming Our Communities awarded the TPQM
The RJC is pleased to announce that Redeeming Our Communities (ROC) has been awarded the Training Provider Quality Mark (TPQM).
Jon Collins, the RJC’s chief executive, said:
“Through successfully completing the TPQM, ROC has shown that it is providing the highest quality restorative practice training. I would like to offer my congratulations to the team for this achievement, which comes soon after having also received the Restorative Services Quality Mark (RSQM).”
The TPQM is a quality mark for restorative training providers. It enables training providers to show that they have been externally recognised, while also giving commissioners and learners confidence that the training delivered meets recognised standards.
ROC joins other TPQM awardees – working across sectors from criminal justice through education to care – delivering high quality restorative training.
Amy Hawkins, RO C’s national development manager, said:
“We’re delighted to be awarded the TPQM. Completing this gave us renewed motivation and confidence in the services we offer at ROC. Having an independent body assess our restorative training was really useful in helping us to recognise our strengths, as well as identifying areas for development. We would encourage other organisations to go for the TPQM. It was challenging, but certainly worth it in the long run”.
