Thames Valley Restorative Justice Service have a number of opportunities available:

Restorative Justice Development Managers – up to 4 posts

Salary: pro-rata £33,857 (FTE)

The 3 locality managers will lead a team of Senior Practitioners and Volunteer RJ Facilitators.  In addition a .6 post will lead the Pre-Sentence initiative.  In year 1 your role will be primarily developmental, promoting the service widely, attending relevant local meetings, linking with other key stakeholders.  Each manager will also be the Single Point of Contact for key organisations e.g. National Probation Servcie (pre-sentence manager), Victim Support and Thames Valley Police.  They will also line-manage the relevant embedded admin posts and provide mentoring, casework supervision and quality assurance.

Restorative Justice Senior Practitioners – up to 3 posts

Salary: pro-rata £31,846 (FTE)

The role will be based in one of three geographic patches – Oxfordshire, Berkshire or Buckinghamshire and offers the opportunity to undertake a senior practitioner role in the locality team in relation to 3 aspects of work:

·         Building on the pre-sentence Restorative Justice pilot in Oxford Magistrates Courts, extend the work across the locality and into the Thames Valley Crown Courts

·         Provide case supervision, skills support, expertise and ‘mentoring’ to develop victim-initiated restorative justice through a team of volunteer facilitators

·         The facilitation of serious and complex cases

HUB Coordinator - part-time (2.5 days a week - with a possibility to extend to 4 days)

Salary: pro-rata £24,472 (FTE)

The role will provide the coordinating function and senior administrative support for the development and coordination of a growing range of victim-initiated Restorative Justice interventions for Thames Valley Restorative Justice Service.

The role is based at the offices of Thames Valley Partnership, Chilton, Buckinghamshire HP18 9NA
