Portsmouth Safeguarding Children Board are looking to recruit a full time safeguarding and restorative practice training manager.

The post-holder will be responsible for providing a high quality multi-disciplinary safeguarding and restorative practice training offer and learning opportunities across the children's workforce

Portsmouth introduced restorative practice to the city in 2017. This manager will contribute to continuing the roll-out of this training programme, ensuring that restorative practice is embedded in the Board's safeguarding training so the workforce is confident in using this approach in their early help and child protection practice with families.
