Job opportunity - Restorative Solutions

Restorative Solutions is recruiting a project manager to develop and deliver court based (pre- and post- sentence) restorative justice across Northamptonshire.

The project will be delivered alongside the existing Restorative Northamptonshire contract, also managed and delivered by Restorative Solutions CIC. Restorative justice interventions will be delivered by the project manager, with local partners and a team of trained Restorative Northamptonshire volunteers.

They are looking for someone with a track record of implementing multi-agency partnerships across the criminal justice sector, and of working with volunteers and the voluntary sector as well. Experience of the workings of courts’ systems, of working at a managerial level in the criminal justice sector, and knowledge of and experience of delivering restorative justice interventions, are essential.

The post will be based in, and will involve regular travel within, Northamptonshire and to national meetings and events from time to time.

The post is full time, on an initial fixed term of 12 months from appointment. Salary range is from £27,000 to £32,000 depending on experience.
