Fixed term for one year from date of appointment

This is an exciting opportunity to support the development and implementation of Restorative Practice in Gloucestershire schools.

The post holder will be responsible for maintaining a schools network of Restorative Practice champions, with a focus on ensuring practice standards are embedded within those schools adopting the approach.

This will include offering ongoing training and facilitation of casework to model best practice.

The role will centre primarily on Schools in the Cheltenham locality and will link closely with the Early Help offer (Team around the school) trailblazer initiative and the Locality Inclusion Cluster, as well as the wider partnership.
