Job opportunity: Restorative Justice Service Co-ordinator

Restorative Solutions have an opportunity to work with them to develop and deliver Restorative Justice (RJ) Services across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

They are looking for an experienced Restorative Justice Lead Practitioner with a track record of work in restorative practices. In addition, they are looking for experience of implementing multi-agency partnerships across the criminal justice sector, and of working with volunteers and the voluntary sector.

Purpose of the role:

To facilitate Victim Offender Conferencing and other forms of Restorative Justice (RJ) for identifiable victim-focused and pre & post sentence RJ referrals across Hampshire. To supervise and support volunteer RJ practitioners. Ensure that all relevant agencies working with RJ participants are involved and advised in regard to RJ activity as appropriate. To work collaboratively with a wide range of agencies including Hamsphire Constabulary, National Probation Service (NPS), Community Rehabilitation Companies (CRCs), Crown Prosecution Service, Prisons and victim service agencies in the delivery of RJ across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

Hours           

Full time, initially fixed term to end March 2022

Salary         

Up to £26,000/annum depending on experience
