Job opportunity - Catch-22 is looking for a head of service

Catch-22 is seeking an experienced head of service to lead its Victim First service in Leicester. Are you passionate about assisting victims and have the experience to ensure victims receive dedicated, bespoke services? This is a great opportunity to join the new Victim First service for Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

You will oversee monitoring systems, and provide leadership for a diverse range of staff and volunteers to ensure Catch-22's high quality standards are maintained. Additionally, you will provide governance to ensure that victims’ needs are reviewed and met in line with the Victim First approach and delivery of key targets and contractual expectations.
