Wales Probation Services is a division of Kent, Surrey and Sussex Community Rehabilitation Company (KSS CRC). KSS CRC, part of the Seetec Group, has probation divisions in Wales; Dorset, Devon and Cornwall; Kent, Surrey and Sussex; Bristol, Gloucestershire, Somerset and Wiltshire.

They are currently looking for someone to provide a range of administrative services to support the work of the Interventions operation within KSS CRC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate the allocation of resources of Restorative Justice, both internal and those commissioned by other agencies
  • Accurately input Service User contact and attendance details on the system in line with relevant policies.
  • Accurate and timely provision of performance management information, workload statistics and trend information.
  • Ensure effective communication with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Attend meetings, take notes as required and ensuring that action points are followed up.
  • Co-ordinate and implement the appropriate resources in support of meetings and appointments.
  • Handle personal data in accordance with the organisation's data protection policy and GDPR.

Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Experience of providing administrative support covering a wide geographical area
  • Experience of dealing with a wide range of people
  • Experience of data inputting

Desirable

  • NVQ Level 2 in Administration of equivalent (or willingness to work towards this qualification).
 

Location |         Cardiff

Hours |             7 hours per week (to include Wednesday mornings 9:00am - 12:30pm, the rest of the hours are flexible) hours per week

Salary |             £19,977 per annum pro rata (£3,779.43)
