Calm Mediation, a charity providing conflict resolution to the London community is advertising for two new roles: a restorative service manager and a restorative development officer,
The restorative service manager will be responsible for the delivery and coordination of casework received from a variety of sources, such as victim services, police and probation. The post holder will be involved in the promotion of the service, maintaining referral channels, meeting rederral targets, complying with relevant standards and running an efficient case management process. They will provide organisation and co-facilitation support for Restorative Justice Skills courses, including marketing liaison with clients, interviews and all associated arrangements. The salary for this role is £35,000 (negotiable).
The restorative development officer will be responsible for the promotion of the service, building and maintaining referral channels and networking with peer organisations in London. The post holder need to proactively promote Calm Mediation's product offerings through all communication methods, including webpage, awareness sessions, talks, publications, social media and visits. The salary for this role is £32,000.
Both roles are full-time, 36 hours per week, including occasional weekends and evenings (flexibility required). In both cases the deadline for applications is 6th March 2019
