1 September 2015

The Restorative Justice Council (RJC) is inviting tenders for a project to review two of our key quality schemes - the Restorative Service Quality Mark (RSQM) and Training Approval Scheme (TAS).

The invitation is to submit one tender to conduct two separate reviews, one of the RSQM and one of the TAS.

RSQM: The RSQM is a quality mark for restorative services who can demonstrate they meet the six RJC Restorative Service Standards. The Restorative Service Standards describe the minimum requirements needed to provide a safe and effective restorative service.

TAS: The TAS is an approval scheme for restorative facilitation courses. It is aimed at recognising quality restorative practice training and comprises a mixture of desk based course materials assessment and observation of training delivery.

The budget for the project is up to a maximum of £25,000 inclusive of VAT and expenses. The final report covering both evaluations must be submitted to RJC by 1 March 2016. Tenders must set out how the project will be undertaken so that this deadline is met.

If you are interested in submitting a tender please download the full invitation to tender below. Completed tenders must be submitted by 9am on Monday 28 September 2015.

If you have any questions about the invitation or wish to discuss your proposed submission please contact Sarah Loutfi Head of Standards and Professional Services at sarah@restorativejustice.org.uk.
