Resolve West is recruiting a Chief Executive Officer to lead a respected charity at the forefront of restorative justice and conflict resolution.
About the post
We have delivered restorative justice services across Avon and Somerset for many years, with secure funding in place until 2032. Our work supports people affected by crime, conflict and harm to feel heard, repair relationships where possible and move forward safely.
The new CEO will provide strategic leadership, strengthen partnerships across the criminal justice system and wider community, and support the continued development and influence of restorative practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced charity leader, or a senior leader ready to step into a first CEO role, to shape the future of restorative justice in the region.
Hybrid/Bristol
24 - 28 hours
from £45,000 FTE (pro rata)
