18 November 2014

The RJC board of trustees is proposing some changes to the RJC’s Articles of Association, which is our governing document. The rationale for these changes is explained in a note from the RJC’s chair, Graham Robb, which is available to download below. The proposed resolutions, which specify the exact changes, can also be downloaded below, along with the proposed new Articles of Association. The RJC’s board is asking members to vote for all of these resolutions. If you would like to see a copy of the current Articles of Association please email enquiries@restorativejustice.org.uk.

These changes will be discussed, and voted on, at the RJC’s AGM on 20 November. There will be an opportunity to ask any questions that you have and discuss the proposed changes. If, however, you are unable to attend you can cast your vote by proxy. Download, fill out and return the proxy voting form available below by 9.30am on 18 November 2014. If you would like to discuss these changes before the AGM, please do not hesitate to contact the RJC’s CEO, Jon Collins, by email or on 020 7831 5700.

The AGM is an opportunity for us to celebrate the excellent work taking place in the restorative field, and will include the presentation of awards for quality restorative practice and an opportunity for informal networking. Book your place at the AGM here>
