Managing Complex and Sensitive Cases

Approved Course - Intermediate Level

A 2 days training course for practitioners who have already been trained to Foundation Level to learn the enhanced skills necessary to manage sensitive and complex cases, including an introduction to the place of trauma informed practice in these types of cases.

The course is highly participative and achieves experiential learning through a series of sessions supported by the training material. Each session builds upon the last for knowledge and skills development. The delivery of the course reflects restorative practice, is inclusive and seeks to provide all participants with an understanding of and an opportunity to use restorative practice in managing sensitive and complex cases.

All courses are approved by the Restorative Justice Council. Certificates are awarded on successful completion.
Training is delivered by experienced practitioners, working to RJC Restorative Practice Guidance 2025.
