To introduce participants to the theory thinking and principles of Restorative Practice and how they can be applied to mediation and circles when working with young people and families
Morning session will introduce key elements of restorative practice covering restorative questions fair process and the social discipline window

The afternoon Sessions will demonstrate how the key elements of restorative practice can be used in family mediations and circles and links these to trauma informed practice
